Training Consulting Project Manager – L&D

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive coordination and implementation of training programs spanning OLT, VILT, and ILT.

• Serve as a consultative partner, advising stakeholders on the most suitable learning solutions and implementation strategies.

• Manage the intake, scope, timelines, and dependencies associated with learning initiatives.

• Organize VILT sessions, handling setup, registrations, logistics, tracking, and reporting.

• Ensure content is ready, of high quality, accessible, and compliant (non-authoring role).

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and provide regular updates on status.

• Coordinate trainers, moderators, and delivery logistics to facilitate seamless execution.

• Maintain precise records in tracking tools and guarantee documentation is audit-ready.

• Promote continuous improvement in processes and learning operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Learning & Development (L&D) with an emphasis on training coordination and learning deployment.

• Proven track record in managing OLT and VILT programs, with the capability to recommend suitable modalities.

• Experience supporting large global clients or enterprise environments is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects within a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and consultative communication abilities.

• Strong attention to detail, a proactive approach, and effective problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools and project tracking systems (e.g., Azure DevOps or similar).

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning compliance standards.

• 5+ years of experience in project/program management within L&D.

• Experience working with global technology organizations.

• PMP or equivalent certification.

• Exposure to instructional design (review/advisory).

• Experience with tools such as Articulate (Rise), Power BI, or similar.
