This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Design, develop, implement, and deliver training programs and technical support for Maui Jim’s US Sales Force, Retail Partners, and Marketing.
• Contribute technical expertise to marketing campaigns and product initiatives.
• Research, design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to create and maintain training content.
• Provide consultation to the marketing team regarding technical product development and campaign strategies.
• Support product launch activities from both a technical marketing and training standpoint.
• Utilize key instructional design methodologies to create and sustain relevant, high-quality training programs.
• Facilitate seminars, workshops, webinars, and various training sessions.
• Oversee project plans, vendor management, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Organize and coordinate the national training schedule in collaboration with the Manager.
• Facilitate and continually enhance the US Sales Force onboarding training program.
• Address client inquiries and provide technical product support.
• Regularly review and update existing training materials to assess the effectiveness of training and development initiatives.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in training and development.
• Capability to work with and instruct individuals with varying abilities and experience levels using diverse methods to accommodate adult learning styles.
• Familiarity with instructional design methodologies and the creation of effective instructional materials.
• Ability to analyze and select the most suitable strategies, methodologies, and technologies to enhance the learning experience and its impact.
• Competence in organizing and managing multiple training initiatives concurrently.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, along with problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with others on projects and presentations.
• Proven planning and analytical capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with learning management systems, instructional design, and screen recording & video editing software (beneficial, but not required).
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience in content development and conducting training sessions.
• Strong collaborative and client relationship management skills.
