This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Design and organize training curricula for apprenticeship programs.
• Structure and document training pathways, competencies, and learning objectives.
• Create training materials such as guides, manuals, and program documentation.
• Translate program concepts into organized, scalable training systems.
• Coordinate the documentation and compliance requirements for the apprenticeship program.
• Maintain training records, logs, and necessary reporting components.
• Support the onboarding framework for apprentices from a training perspective.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure training aligns with hiring and onboarding processes.
• Research and identify Continuing Education Units (CEUs) that meet program needs.
• Identify and manage training platforms, tools, and external learning resources.
• Keep organized records of CEU usage and requirements.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to training and program implementation.
• Ensure all training processes are documented, organized, and repeatable.
• Maintain a centralized organization of all training and program materials.
• Create PowerPoint presentations, training presentations, and internal materials.
• Assist in the development of new program initiatives (e.g., transition programs).
• Support grant-related activities, including research and document preparation.
• Execute special projects that contribute to organizational growth and efficiency.
• Provide operational support to leadership in establishing scalable systems.
• Manage executive calendars.
• Conduct email triage.
• Coordinate follow-ups.
• Organize meetings.
• Strong organizational and execution capabilities.
• Experience in program coordination, training development, or operations is preferred.
• Ability to follow directions and independently create structured outputs.
• Excellent writing and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• High level of initiative and adept problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate with minimal supervision.
• Proactive anticipation of needs (upcoming tasks, potential gaps, operational inefficiencies) before direction is given.
• Initiative to address issues independently without direction.
