Training and Onboarding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Facilitate onboarding and training initiatives for enterprise clients.

• Conduct workshops and group sessions that empower teams to excel in their workflows.

• Convert technical information into accessible and actionable advice for marketing users.

• Develop and enhance enablement playbooks to promote sustained usage.

• Assist clients with CRM processes, campaign automation, and reporting utilizing HubSpot or comparable platforms.

• Aid marketing teams in understanding and implementing a modern workflow automation system.

• Support customers from their initial login through to becoming proficient users.

• Fill out an application form and create a video as the initial step in the interview process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in marketing operations, onboarding, or enablement, preferably in SaaS or agency settings.

• Solid hands-on experience with HubSpot or other CRM/automation systems.

• Proficiency in SQL and Python (mandatory).

• Excellent communication skills and a background in conducting client-facing training or workshops.

• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.

• A genuine passion for educating, enabling, and assisting clients in achieving success.

• Availability to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• Completion of the application form in its entirety is necessary.

• Recording a video is required as the first step of the interview process.
