This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute comprehensive implementations of Pinewood.AI for dealership accounting and finance, encompassing discovery and scoping through configuration, training, go-live, and hypercare.
• Set up and validate financial workflows, which include GL mappings, journal entries, reporting, and integrations with OEMs and third-party systems.
• Design, customize, and provide high-quality training for diverse audiences, ranging from entry-level clerks to controllers and financial directors, both on-site and virtually.
• Develop and localize training materials tailored for the North American market, adjusting terminology, spelling, examples, and process details for US users.
• Guide best practices for dealership financial workflows, covering AP/AR, bank reconciliations, manufacturer statements, compliance, and month-end processes.
• Conduct business change activities, including stakeholder alignment, adoption planning, and evaluation of training effectiveness.
• Document lessons learned, contribute to implementation playbooks, and mentor colleagues to enhance team capabilities.
• Partner with product, support, and delivery teams to troubleshoot issues, provide feedback, and enhance the overall rollout process.
• Travel extensively throughout North America, approximately 80% of the time, to deliver on-site consultancy and training.
• Extensive experience in dealership accounting, finance, or F&I operations with a strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes.
• Proven expertise in training, facilitation, and change management for enterprise software (DMS or accounting/ERP platforms).
• Practical experience in configuring and validating financial workflows within dealership systems.
• Background in designing curricula and training materials, including localization for new markets.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex multi-site rollouts and influence senior stakeholders effectively.
• Familiarity with major dealership management and financial systems such as CDK, Reynolds, Dealertrack, or similar platforms.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging and motivating diverse audiences.
• Highly organized, analytical, and proficient in prioritizing multiple concurrent projects.
• Proven history of enhancing implementation or training methodologies within a team or organization.
• Experience with fast-growing or international technology companies, ideally in startup-like environments.
• Strong grasp of how dealership financial performance contributes to overall dealership success.
• Adaptable and proactive, thriving in a dynamic, startup environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the United States and Canada (around 80%).
