This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +3 more states.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive global training and education strategy that aligns with the organization’s business objectives while enhancing employee development across all levels.
• Lead the design, creation, and implementation of innovative training programs, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across various regions.
• Oversee the development and ongoing enhancement of training curricula, materials, and resources that cater to the unique needs of different departments and regions.
• Manage the delivery of training programs, utilizing diverse methods such as in-person sessions, e-learning, webinars, and workshops.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of training programs and their impact on employee performance and business results.
• Mentor and lead a global team of training professionals, promoting a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
• Collaborate closely with HR, Talent Management, and other essential departments to align training and education initiatives with broader organizational objectives.
• Oversee the global training budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to support training initiatives.
• Four to ten years of experience in marketing consumer goods.
• Executive experience in advertising or marketing is preferred.
• Proficiency in teaching, speaking, and training publicly to diverse live audiences with the ability to adapt to different audience styles.
• Capability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Skill in writing reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and address questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
• Competence in calculating figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
• Ability to solve practical problems and navigate various concrete variables in situations with limited standardization.
• Proficiency in interpreting a variety of instructions provided in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
