Training and Development Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• The Training and Development Specialist collaborates with the Learning and Development team to design, deliver, and implement training programs that align with the company's educational requirements.

• Assist in the creation, development, and facilitation of ChartSpan training initiatives as dictated by business needs.

• Support all facets of training to guarantee a comprehensive array of high-quality training resources (including classes, online learning tools, self-study materials, etc.) and hands-on training sessions are accessible.

• Create and maintain individual employee training and development records for all ChartSpan training through our learning management system.

• Collaborate with management to assess workforce performance, enabling the prescription, development, delivery, or availability of additional training for their employees.

• Perform targeted training needs assessments as required to enhance the design, development, and delivery of the corporate training program.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, adult education, instructional design, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience or licensure.

• 1-2 years of proven experience in training facilitation, content design, and instructional design within a corporate setting.

• Strong familiarity with Learning Management and Content Creation systems.

• Understanding of instructional design principles and Adult Learning Theory.

• Demonstrated ability to complete a full training cycle.
