This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Operational management of Retail Onboarding, including overseeing weekly schedules, participant lists, surveys, materials, communications, and mailings.
• Dispatching communications to mentors and sponsors, as well as updating WhatsApp groups for new hires and occasional departures.
• Oversight and management of onboarding kits, including operational handling.
• Conducting retail onboarding sessions during the monthly time slots, facilitating classroom training.
• Updating onboarding materials as necessary.
• Monitoring satisfaction surveys from new hires.
• Organizing and managing suppliers and processing invoice payments.
• Conducting in-person training sessions.
• Prior experience in delivering training.
• Excellent instructional and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel for on-site training delivery.
• Proficiency with Google Meet and Google Slides/Presentations.
• Understanding of store operations and direct sales is advantageous.
