This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Engage with customers through chat, addressing inquiries and providing assistance with the Contmatic system.
• Support customers with requests related to Personnel (Payroll) processes.
• Document support interactions within the support platform.
• Prioritize delivering an exceptional customer experience by ensuring quality, efficiency, and effective resolution in support.
• Track area metrics and contribute to achieving the team's objectives.
• Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries.
• Participate in training sessions and keep current with Contmatic products and features.
• Understanding of Personnel (Payroll) processes.
• Basic knowledge of payroll, vacations, terminations, eSocial, FGTS Digital, DCTFWeb, and other statutory or ancillary obligations.
• Experience in customer service roles.
• Background in providing support at accounting software firms or accounting companies is an advantage.
• Familiarity with the Zendesk platform is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace is an advantage.
• Certifications in customer service or communication are a plus.
