Analista de BackOffice – Cadastro Pleno

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct corporate registration analyses, including more complex cases;

• Review constitutive acts, corporate structures, legal forms, and powers of representation;

• Identify ultimate beneficiaries and validate corporate chains;

• Apply and interpret regulations related to Registration, KYC, and AML/CFT;

• Map risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement in registration processes;

• Translate regulatory requirements and registration rules into business rules;

• Support initiatives involving automation, artificial intelligence, and operational efficiency gains;

• Analyze indicators and data to aid in decision-making;

• Collaborate with departments such as Compliance, Legal, Products, and Technology.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Law, Economics, or related fields;

• Experience with corporate registration processes;

• Strong knowledge of constitutive acts, corporate structures, and legal forms;

• Experience in analyzing powers of representation and identifying ultimate beneficiaries;

• Understanding of applicable regulations for Registration, KYC, and AML/CFT processes;

• Strong analytical skills and structured reasoning;

• Good communication, organization, and autonomy in executing tasks;

• Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Excel.

• Differentiators:

• Experience in financial institutions, fintechs, or digital banks;

• Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools;

• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis;

• Knowledge of Python;

• Participation in automation, artificial intelligence, or continuous process improvement projects.
