This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Represent the subject area with enthusiasm and a clear vision
• Strive to enhance the skills of course participants
• Create lesson plans as both a content provider and learning facilitator
• Conduct subject-specific teaching from the home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D®
• Prepare participants for the IHK examination for Office Management Clerks
• Develop and implement diverse teaching methodologies
• Exhibit methodological and didactic expertise in delivering educational content
• Assist and drive transformation processes
• Evaluate learning outcomes
• Possess an excellent command of German at the C2 level for instructional purposes
• Completed vocational training as an Office Management Clerk
• A minimum of 5 years of verifiable professional experience
• Relevant practical background as a trainer or vocational instructor, including preparation for exams
• Strong understanding of the current curriculum for the Office Management Clerk profession as per IHK standards
• Knowledge in payment transactions, investment, financing, financial statements, operational HR, basics of payroll accounting, marketing planning, and sales
• Proficient communication and project management abilities
• Evidence of pedagogical qualifications (AEVO)
• Current, practical knowledge of Lexware (preferred)
