This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Conduct live training sessions on essential tools including HubSpot, Pipedrive, Asana, Slack, Gmail, and Zoom, ensuring participants achieve practical fluency and adhere to consistent processes.
• Develop, revise, and present curricula along with step-by-step guides that conform to company workflows and client requirements.
• Create and implement graded simulations to assess the speed, accuracy, and understanding of tool-related tasks.
• Collaborate with L&D leadership, QA, and Operations teams to guarantee training outcomes align with deployment readiness criteria.
• Monitor trainee performance metrics and produce reports detailing simulation results, progress, and readiness for endorsement.
• Continuously update content to incorporate process changes, tool enhancements, and best practices derived from operational teams.
• Offer remediation coaching for trainees who are underperforming to ensure their complete readiness prior to deployment.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in training, enablement, or operations, ideally within a BPO, SaaS, or virtual assistant setting.
• Strong expertise in HubSpot, Pipedrive, Asana, and communication platforms (Slack, Zoom, Gmail, Notion, or ClickUp).
• Exceptional facilitation, communication, and demonstration abilities with a diverse range of learners.
• Experience in designing and assessing simulation-based or competency-based evaluations.
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple training cohorts while upholding quality standards.
• Knowledge of CRM configuration, workflow automation, or project management systems.
• Understanding of adult learning principles, LMS tools, and competency frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating trainee performance and identifying learning trends.
