Trainer – Payroll

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Instruction tailored to specific subjects delivered from the home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D®.

• Implementation of diverse teaching techniques to create engaging lessons.

• Development and preparation of course-related educational materials in alignment with the curriculum.

• Execution of competency evaluations.

• Passionately representing the subject area with a clear vision.

• Assisting learners in developing their skills and integrating into the job market.

• Taking on roles as both a content provider and a facilitator of learning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant vocational training in commercial fields alongside professional experience in payroll accounting.

• Alternatively, suitable profiles include tax clerks (Steuerfachangestellte) or HR administrators.

• Teaching experience in one or more areas, including payroll accounting with DATEV, payroll accounting with Lexware, basics of payroll accounting, and advanced payroll accounting.

• Evidence of pedagogical qualification (AEVO).

• Proficient command of German as the medium of instruction (C2 level).
