📋 Description

• Lead and continually improve the comprehensive employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth onboarding, pre-boarding, performance management, and transition experiences that enhance engagement and retention.

• Track and drive Talent Management KPIs by utilizing workforce insights and analytics to boost talent outcomes, retention, succession readiness, and organizational effectiveness.

• Create and implement scalable programs that promote employee growth, capability enhancement, and long-term career development.

• Ensure accuracy and compliance in payroll processes, minimizing manual tasks.

• Utilize HR technology platforms (Workday) and automation to streamline operations, enhance data integrity, and improve organizational efficiency.

• Apply workforce analytics and people insights to guide decision-making, identify trends, and support business priorities.

• Advocate for process optimization initiatives that simplify operations and provide measurable business value.

• Implement HR strategies that align with organizational objectives, centering on talent retention and development.

• Develop and execute career pathing programs to boost employee performance and retention.

• Create and deliver training modules focusing on leadership development, technical skills, and soft skills.

• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and organizational policies while upholding strong governance across HR processes.

• Oversee workforce quality and risk management activities, including background checks and compliance-related programs.

• Establish and manage strategic partnerships with recruitment vendors and staffing agencies to ensure service excellence, compliance, cost efficiency, and alignment with hiring goals.

• Drive vendor performance management through defined SLAs, recruitment metrics, and regular evaluations to facilitate effective talent delivery, enhance candidate quality, and improve the hiring experience.

• Coordinate interviews, manage offer processes, prepare for onboarding, and engage candidates pre-joining.

• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and hiring funnel effectiveness, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

• Plan and implement innovative initiatives to promote community engagement and employee recognition.

• Manage the HR helpdesk, addressing grievances and enhancing employee morale.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align HR initiatives with business objectives.

• Lead HR project management efforts to ensure timely execution and process optimization.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in talent management or HR roles, showcasing the ability to lead and innovate.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment, preboarding, onboarding, performance management, and separation processes.

• Proficient in HRIS/HRMS tools such as Workday or other relevant systems, with expertise in automating and optimizing HR processes.

• Solid understanding of HR strategies, including onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.

• Skilled in talent management, career pathing, and succession planning to enhance employee growth and retention.

• Competent in HR analytics, payroll management, statutory compliance, and background verification.

• Experienced in stakeholder management, project execution, and effectively resolving employee grievances.

• Creative problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
