Human Resource Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Become an HR Business Partner, providing support to dynamic Health & Wellness DTC teams experiencing rapid growth.

• Engage with various departments within a matrix structure, including Creative, Growth, Tech, and Operations.

• Conduct performance evaluations, determine compensation levels, enhance managerial skills, and streamline HR operations using modern tools.

• Improve playbooks, policies, programs, and strategic initiatives.

• Assess effectiveness using eNPS, cycle time, and retention metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8 years of HR experience as an HR Business Partner, collaborating with manager-level stakeholders in fast-paced, remote-first environments.

• Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end people processes across multiple aspects concurrently in a matrix setup.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and optimize processes.

• Excellent understanding of time management principles (such as Gantt Charts) and familiarity with SaaS applications is highly preferred (e.g., Asana, Monday, etc.).

• Proficient in Google Workspace and other office management tools like Notion, Asana, and Slack.
