This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Assist both domestic and international HR operations, primarily concentrating on global mobility, recruitment, employee support, and coordination of international travel.

β€’ Oversee SOFA status applications, renewals, privileging requirements, and processes related to international relocation.

β€’ Manage documentation for immigration, work authorization, and international assignments.

β€’ Facilitate full-cycle recruitment processes, which include sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.

β€’ Organize international travel arrangements and ensure compliance with travel documentation.

β€’ Act as the main HR contact for employees in the APAC and U.S. regions.

β€’ Maintain employee records and handle HR transactions within the HRIS.

β€’ Assist in onboarding, offboarding, and activities throughout the employee lifecycle.

β€’ Support employee relations issues and provide policy interpretation.

β€’ Conduct HR compliance audits and keep personnel documentation up to date.

β€’ Monitor training completions and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

β€’ Contribute to employee engagement and recognition programs.

β€’ Generate reports and analyze HR metrics related to recruitment, mobility, and workforce trends.

β€’ Collaborate with management to foster a positive employee experience.

β€’ Execute other duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

β€’ 2-5 years of experience in HR Generalist, Recruiting, Global Mobility, Immigration, or Employee Relations.

β€’ Experience in supporting international employees is preferred.

β€’ Strong preference for experience with SOFA, immigration, relocation, military-affiliated populations, or overseas assignments.

β€’ Proficient in BambooHR, Smartsheet, and the Microsoft Office Suite.

β€’ SHRM-CP or PHR certification is preferred.
