Trainer / Instructor, Vocational Trainer for Retraining IT Specialist (System Integration)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• As a member of WBS TRAINING, you embody your profession with enthusiasm and vision.

• Your primary goal as an instructor is to foster the competency development of course participants.

• In designing your lessons, you view yourself as both a content provider and a supportive learning companion — Learning 4.0.

• This involves delivering subject-specific instruction from the home office utilizing WBS LearnSpace 3D®.

• You will implement a variety of teaching methods for effective lesson design.

• You will prepare and create lesson-related educational materials that align with the curriculum.

• You will conduct assessments to evaluate the growth of competencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of vocational training as an IT Specialist in System Integration or an equivalent qualification.

• A minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience.

• Professional expertise in configuring and managing MS Servers.

• Familiarity with virtualization (e.g., Hyper-V) and Linux is a plus.

• A keen interest in AI and ChatGPT, with the capability to integrate these tools effectively into teaching.

• Experience as a trainer, lecturer, vocational instructor, or teacher is an advantage.

• Documentation of pedagogical suitability (e.g., trainer certificate according to AEVO).

• Methodical and didactic skills for effectively conveying teaching content.

• A self-motivated, organized working style with a strong sense of personal accountability.

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for teamwork.
