Trainer / Instructor for IT Specialist Retraining in Application Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide subject-specific teaching from a home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D®

• Utilize diverse instructional methods to organize and present classes

• Create and enhance course-related educational materials in alignment with the curriculum

• Carry out competency evaluations

• Assist participants in developing their skills as a subject matter expert and learning facilitator

• Advocate for the field with enthusiasm and foresight

• Aid individuals in enhancing their professional abilities and integrating into the workforce

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed training as an IT Specialist in Application Development or an equivalent qualification

• A minimum of 5 years of verifiable professional experience

• Comprehensive knowledge and expertise in various domains of software development and information technology

• Profound understanding of programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript

• Hands-on experience in software development utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other pertinent web technologies

• Familiarity with databases and SQL

• Understanding of software architecture and design principles

• Knowledge of virtualization technologies, specifically Hyper-V

• Awareness of operating systems, system architecture, and security protocols

• Interest in AI and ChatGPT, with the capability to incorporate them into the teaching process

• Proven pedagogical skills, for instance, an instructor qualification under AEVO

• Excellent proficiency in German, the language of instruction, at C2 level

• Strong methodological and didactic capabilities for effective course content delivery

• Self-reliant, organized work style with a high level of personal accountability

• Outstanding communication abilities and a passion for teamwork

• Experience as a trainer, lecturer, instructor, or teacher is a plus
