This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Oversee and enhance the enterprise device fleet across Apple, Windows, and Android platforms.
• Take charge of daily operations and the strategic vision for the mobile device management system.
• Ensure that devices are provisioned, secured, and maintained efficiently at scale.
• Manage enrollment workflows from start to finish and resolve edge cases within the device fleet.
• Communicate and collaborate with internal clients and third-party vendors.
• Set expectations, provide approvals, and assist with crisis management, support escalation, change management, release management, and capacity management.
• Develop and implement technology strategies and roadmaps within the specialty area.
• Design, document, communicate, and apply infrastructure technology standards.
• Analyze, plan, justify, schedule, and coordinate administrative, operational, and financial initiatives.
• Manage total cost of ownership, optimization, and efficiency initiatives.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to achieve outcomes aligned with organizational strategy.
• Oversee reporting metrics, dashboards, and status reports to ensure quality and performance.
• Plan, monitor, and control both operating and capital budgets.
• Perform duties with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency as a High Reliability Organization.
• Bachelor's Degree (Required).
• Degree in Business Administration, Computer/Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 8 years of technical engineering experience.
• Practical administration experience with Jamf Pro for managing Apple devices.
• Practical administration experience with Workspace ONE UEM (Omnissa).
• Practical administration experience with Microsoft Intune for Windows and cross-platform management.
• Strong knowledge of Apple Business Manager and ADE/DEP enrollment workflows.
• Experience with device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployment across platforms.
• Familiarity with supervised mode, zero-touch provisioning, and conditional access.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills across networking, device operating systems, and MDM policy conflicts.
• Ability to articulate clear written communication for documentation and cross-team collaboration.
• Capable of working collaboratively in a highly matrixed environment.
• Proven ability to effectively drive changes in people, processes, and technology.
• Knowledge of regulatory and contractual compliance is advantageous.
• Experience in leading large and complex projects across multiple functional departments.
• Experience in a complex healthcare organization is a plus.
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts and issues to both technical and non-technical audiences is preferred.
• Full-time schedule with 40 scheduled weekly hours.
• Day shift.
