Trainer in Nonprofit Management, Philanthropy, Grants (F/M)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement training courses focused on nonprofit management, philanthropy, and fundraising.

• Assist learners in comprehending the operations of associations and their regulatory environments.

• Educate participants about various funding avenues, including public grants, philanthropy, sponsorships, and project calls.

• Provide tools, techniques, and best practices that can be immediately utilized in their work.

• Modify your teaching strategies to align with the profiles and requirements of the learners.

• Offer pedagogical support and encourage the development of specific skills.

• Conduct interactive and stimulating remote training sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in nonprofit management, philanthropy, and fundraising.

• Extensive experience in the nonprofit, arts, and/or cultural sectors.

• Proven track record of providing professional training to adult learners.

• Proficient in tools and methods for delivering remote training.

• Capable of simplifying technical topics for better understanding.

• Possession of a registered training activity number (NDA) with DREETS.

• Ability to assist learners with their projects.

• Experience in delivering training on the Digiforma CRM is required (to be specified in the application form).
