Trainer for Freight Forwarding and Logistics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide subject-specific instruction in logistics from the home office utilizing WBS LearnSpace 3D®

• Implement various teaching strategies to design engaging lessons

• Develop and prepare lesson-related educational materials in accordance with the curriculum

• Perform competency evaluations

• Assist participants in achieving a successful professional journey

• Encourage self-directed learning consistent with Learning 4.0

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a degree in freight forwarding and logistics services or customs (Dakosy)

• Professional experience in freight forwarding, especially in customs, IT-ATLAS procedures, modes of transport, and logistics

• Desirable knowledge of legal frameworks, commercial management and control, cost and performance accounting, as well as communication and collaboration skills

• Teaching experience, preferably in adult education

• Methodological and didactic abilities in delivering instructional content

• Reliable, independent, and structured work style with a strong sense of personal responsibility

• Proficient German language skills at C2 level

• Pedagogical qualification, such as AEVO, ideally verifiable
