Freight Forwarding and Logistics Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Deliver subject-specific training in logistics remotely using WBS LearnSpace 3D®.

• Utilize various teaching methodologies to create engaging lessons.

• Prepare and develop educational materials that align with the curriculum.

• Conduct competency evaluations.

• Assist participants in achieving a successful career trajectory.

• Encourage self-directed learning in accordance with Learning 4.0 principles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in freight forwarding and logistics services, or customs (Dakosy).

• Professional experience in freight forwarding, particularly in customs, IT-ATLAS procedures, transport modes, and logistics.

• Familiarity with legal frameworks, commercial management and control, cost and performance accounting, along with desirable communication and collaboration skills.

• Teaching experience, preferably in adult education.

• Methodological and didactic expertise in delivering instructional content.

• Dependable, autonomous, and organized working style with a strong sense of personal accountability.

• Proficient German language skills at C2 level.

• Pedagogical qualification, such as AEVO, is preferred.
