Dental Field Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Facilitate engaging, in-person training sessions for healthcare professionals and staff on the adoption of intraoral scanning and digital workflows.

• Provide coaching to teams through live observation, emphasizing best practices while adapting training methodologies in real time.

• Promote early case submissions by addressing obstacles, enhancing clinical urgency, and fostering confidence.

• Collaborate with clinicians and practice leaders to establish consistent scanning habits and encourage early adoption.

• Track outcomes during the initial 30 days and pinpoint specific coaching opportunities.

• Share insights from the field to develop scalable resources, enhance onboarding processes, and improve future training initiatives.

• Evaluate readiness across clinical workflows, team structure, and equipment availability.

• Organize internal resources, messaging, and tools in preparation for training sessions.

• Tailor training strategies to align with the size, complexity, and clinical objectives of each practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in delivering clinical training in digital dentistry or dental technology.

• Strong understanding of intraoral scanning and digital workflows.

• Willingness and eagerness to travel up to 85% of the time.

• Reside near a major airport to facilitate frequent national travel.

• Comfortable collaborating with senior leaders, clinicians, and staff members.

• Ability to operate autonomously in the field and adapt plans as necessary.

• At least 3 years of experience in managing training logistics, readiness assessments, and coordination across multiple practices.

• Exceptional presentation and facilitation capabilities.

• Proficiency in adjusting tone and approach based on different audience needs.

• Solutions-focused, customer-oriented mindset regarding onboarding, training, and adoption processes.

• Native or near-native proficiency in the local market language.

• Comprehensive knowledge of local dental standards and terminology.

• English fluency is essential for global collaboration.
