Trainer for Hotel Front Desk Staff

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• As a freelance instructor at WBS TRAINING, you embody your field of expertise with enthusiasm and foresight.

• The emphasis is on enhancing the skills and competencies of the participants.

• In your course design, you serve both as a facilitator of knowledge and as a supportive learning partner — endorsing Learning 4.0.

• Deliver subject-specific training from your home office utilizing WBS LearnSpace 3D®.

• Employ a diverse range of teaching techniques in your course development.

• Guide and showcase tasks and responsibilities at the hotel front desk and reception area.

• Prepare and create course-related educational materials in line with the curriculum.

• Execute competency evaluations to assess participants' skill advancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in the hospitality sector (e.g., hotel management, Front Office Agent, assistant hotel management, etc.).

• Several years of professional experience within the hotel industry.

• Familiarity with the protel hotel software.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• An entrepreneurial mindset and approach.

• Some experience in internal training, continuing education, or presenting case studies.

• Pedagogical qualification (AEVO).

• Strong methodological and didactic skills in delivering educational content.

• An independent and organized working style with a high level of personal accountability.
