This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Implement safeguarding practices throughout services with practical, on-the-ground coaching and support.
• Travel to Busy Bees centres across New South Wales to assess practices, identify risks, and offer immediate feedback to educators and leaders.
• Conduct engaging in-person safeguarding training and capability-building sessions that enhance confidence and ensure compliance.
• Assist services during transitions by ensuring that safeguarding frameworks, systems, and standards are uniformly applied.
• Collaborate with service leaders and operational teams to promote continuous improvement while maintaining a focused approach on child safety.
• A sincere dedication to child safety and wellbeing, aligned with our Busy Bees values.
• Extensive experience in early childhood education, safeguarding, quality assurance, compliance, or training roles.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and influence practices through direct, real-time support.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding requirements within regulated care settings.
• Experience in identifying risks and providing practical, solution-oriented recommendations to enhance quality outcomes.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively across New South Wales, working directly within Busy Bees services.
