This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Development of training materials, training manuals, and digital learning content in the field of DC electrical engineering.

• Training internal technicians and partner companies nationwide in both theory and practice.

• Quality assurance through site visits and follow-up training sessions.

• Continuous improvement of training content, processes, and technical standards based on field feedback.

• Close collaboration with technical, product, and service teams.

• Early integration of new products into the academy.

• Completed training as an electrician or electronics technician, or a comparable qualification.

• Several years of practical experience in DC electrical installation.

• Experience with PV systems, inverters, energy storage, and battery management systems.

• Didactic talent to structure and convey knowledge clearly and understandably.

• Experience in creating training materials or training concepts is a plus.

• Willingness to travel for training and site visits at various locations.

• Passion for the energy transition and enjoyment of working with craftsmen and technical teams.
