Trainer, Commercial Sector – Pricing Policy & Merchandise Costing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide practical, hands-on instruction in pricing policies and merchandise costing relevant to retail.

• Create engaging, action-oriented lesson plans.

• Educate on pricing strategies, price determination, pricing tools, and legal aspects.

• Teach costing principles and methodologies, including forward calculation, backward calculation, and differential calculation.

• Facilitate practical costing exercises and case studies.

• Assist participants in comprehending the connection between pricing policies and merchandise costing.

• Enhance participants' practical skills and equip them for professional demands in retail and sales.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, further training, or a degree in retail, sales, or business administration.

• Several years of relevant professional experience in retail, wholesale, or sales sectors.

• Strong understanding of pricing policies, merchandise costing, and commercial law.

• Preferably, experience as a trainer, vocational instructor, or lecturer in adult education.

• Passion for imparting knowledge in a clear, practical manner.

• Excellent communication skills, diverse teaching methods, and digital proficiency.
