Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Conduct dynamic and interactive training sessions for both new and current call center agents.

• Provide general training across various departments, including Claims and Provider Enrollment.

• Lead virtual training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and overall performance.

• Tailor training delivery to accommodate diverse learning styles and requirements.

• Create visually appealing and interactive training materials and presentations based on contemporary adult learning principles.

• Collaborate with the LKI training team, subject matter experts (SMEs), and account leaders to ensure training resources are effective and user-friendly.

• Offer post-training support and resources to both learners and call center management.

• Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, feedback, and performance metrics.

• Assist Gainwell in serving Medicaid members and providers by developing and implementing learning initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a corporate or executive trainer or facilitator.

• A strong passion for training and eagerness to facilitate in a virtual classroom setting.

• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.

• Familiarity with adult learning principles and techniques for engaging learners.

• Proven skills in curriculum development, presentation, and instructional design.

• Previous pharmacy experience is preferred.

• Presentation of work products during the interview process should not exceed 10 minutes.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
