Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for both new and existing call center agents.

• Provide general training across departments including Claims and Provider Enrollment.

• Facilitate virtual training programs aimed at improving employee skills and performance.

• Tailor training delivery to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs.

• Create visually appealing and interactive training materials and presentations grounded in contemporary adult learning principles.

• Collaborate with the LKI training team, subject matter experts, and account lenders to ensure training materials are effective and user-friendly.

• Offer post-training support and resources for learners and call center leadership.

• Evaluate training outcomes through surveys, feedback, and performance metrics.

• Assist Gainwell in serving Medicaid members and providers through educational initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a corporate or executive trainer or facilitator.

• Strong enthusiasm for training and a desire to conduct sessions in a virtual classroom setting.

• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with adult learning principles and techniques for engaging learners.

• Proven skills in curriculum development, presentation, and instructional design.

• Pharmacy experience is preferred.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.

• Must present a work product demonstration during the interview phase, lasting no more than 10 minutes.
