This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Collaborate with management to identify and create training solutions that address business challenges.
• Work alongside internal subject matter experts, architecture, product management, and training personnel to ascertain, develop, and provide training.
• Engage in the creation and assessment of training metrics and measurement components.
• Utilize AI-driven tools to enhance the development and efficiency of training content.
• Oversee assigned training responsibilities and deadlines while supporting various initiatives.
• Conduct and facilitate both general and specialized training programs, both virtually and in-person.
• Develop and maintain instructional materials, including course outlines, background information, instructional resources, and training aids.
• Maintain records, collect and analyze evaluation data, assess results against business objectives, and recommend enhancements.
• Stay updated on emerging training and learning best practices and methodologies.
• Manage, develop, and deliver scalable, technology-enhanced training programs for First American employees.
• Support enterprise initiatives, system implementations, and process enhancements.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in supporting title and/or escrow processes.
• Proficiency in using FAST and Ignite.
• Professional and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Dependability and a swift ability to learn new technologies and processes.
• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
• Capability to prioritize competing initiatives in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment.
• Skill in presenting complex information to diverse audiences.
• Critical thinking skills to create or evaluate training materials.
• Familiarity with company-provided AI tools for developing training content and conducting research.
• Proficient presentation and facilitation skills for both group settings and one-on-one interactions.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and a proactive self-starter.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond swiftly to urgent issues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% to remote locations for training delivery.
