This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate dynamic virtual onboarding and training sessions for new employees.

• Present training materials, presentations, activities, and assessments in a clear and organized fashion.

• Utilize ESL teaching methods to assist employees with diverse levels of English proficiency.

• Aid new team members in comprehending company policies, procedures, systems, and job expectations.

• Track trainee progress and offer constructive feedback and coaching.

• Recognize knowledge gaps and provide additional assistance or refresher training as necessary.

• Keep precise records of training and onboarding activities.

• Collaborate with management and team leaders to enhance training programs continuously.

• Foster a welcoming, professional, and supportive learning atmosphere for new hires.

• Modify training techniques to suit various learning styles and backgrounds.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background or experience in ESL (English as a Second Language) teaching, training, tutoring, or education.

• Prior experience in training, onboarding, coaching, or instructional roles.

• Exceptional spoken and written English communication abilities.

• Strong presentation and virtual facilitation skills.

• Proficient in conducting training via video conferencing and other online platforms.

• Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.

• Capability to work independently in a fully remote setting.

• Dependable internet connection and a professional home-office environment.

• Availability to work from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday.

• Patient and supportive when engaging with learners.

• Confident and engaging as a virtual trainer.
