Trainer AC – Elektro

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop training materials, manuals, and digital learning content in the field of AC electrical engineering.

• Provide both theoretical and practical training to internal technicians and partner companies across Germany.

• Ensure quality assurance through site visits and follow-up training sessions.

• Continuously enhance training content, processes, and technical standards based on field feedback.

• Collaborate closely with technical, product, and service teams.

• Integrate new products into the academy at an early stage.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed training as an electrician or electronics technician, or a comparable qualification.

• Ideally possess a master or technician title.

• Several years of practical experience in AC electrical installation, particularly in network connection, meter cabinets, and wall boxes.

• Didactic talent for structured and comprehensible knowledge transfer.

• Experience in creating training materials or training concepts is a plus.

• Willingness to travel for training and site visits at various locations.

• Passion for the energy transition.

• Enjoy collaborating with craftsmen and technical teams.
