Trainee Technical Consultant, NFSe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage low-complexity client inquiries, focusing on educating clients to independently resolve similar issues in the future (Chat, Ticket)

• Support in simulating problems and conducting customer scenario testing

• Generate improvement and bug-fix requests for the Product Owner (PO)

• Identify or create enhancements in support documentation and/or products to minimize customer inquiries to support

• Assist with validations and testing as needed to aid development

• Prepare product usage demonstrations to facilitate client integrations, thus accelerating time-to-production and enhancing product understanding.

• Passion for working in customer support

• Fundamental understanding of electronic tax documents

• Basic programming logic knowledge

• Availability for on-call responsibilities when needed

• Basic understanding of NFSe is advantageous

• Basic knowledge of databases (SQL)
