This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Assist in the repair and maintenance of stairlifts, home lifts, hoists, and mobility equipment.
β’ Support scheduled service visits and respond to emergency call-outs.
β’ Acquire skills in performing minor repairs and diagnosing faults.
β’ Contribute to risk assessments in accordance with company protocols.
β’ Help maintain precise service records, including log cards when necessary.
β’ Collaborate with experienced engineers to provide safe and dependable solutions.
β’ Receive comprehensive training and support to enhance engineering service and maintenance abilities.
β’ Knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering.
β’ Strong understanding of top-tier customer service principles.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
β’ A valid UK driving license is essential.
β’ Must possess the appropriate right to work.
β’ Sponsorship is not available.
