This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop hardware and software requirements for enterprise solutions.
• Offer insights and technical expertise to address technical challenges.
• Contribute to the creation of information assurance policies.
• Provide subject matter expert (SME) support to engineering projects.
• Engage in problem-solving activities for lifecycle systems management projects.
• Work under strict deadlines in a dynamic, high-level government setting.
• Assist engineers and analysts in evaluating and formulating recommendations for process and project enhancements, system optimization, development, and acquisition initiatives.
• Collaborate with Program Managers and Government Officials regarding project status, documentation, and delivery.
• Conduct independent data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Frequently interact with senior managers and Navy leadership while exercising discretion and professionalism.
• Support the Endpoint Lead Engineer and team by providing oversight and technical expertise for a Department of the Navy enterprise network system.
• Deliver enterprise workstation and peripheral expertise to the Navy customer.
• Proficient with Government Cloud solutions and knowledgeable about Security Impact Levels.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud; Azure Gov Cloud experience is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and its associated tools and services.
• Background in M365 implementation and maintenance.
• Comprehensive experience with end-user hardware and software, including mobile devices and peripherals.
• Windows 10/11 OS training or certification, or an equivalent certification to gain an administrative account on the client network within 45 days of hire.
• Current security certification that complies with DoD 8570 requirements at IAT Level II.
• Active US Government SECRET security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree with 3 or more years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma with 6 or more years of relevant experience.
• Capability to perform under strict time constraints in a dynamic, high-level government environment.
• Ability to engage with senior managers and Navy leadership with discretion and professionalism.
