Trainee Project Management, Artist Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Your onboarding: You will get to know our team, our creators, the tools, and our workflows from the ground up – and you will take on your first independent tasks shortly thereafter.

• You will independently develop the Moongency account further, accompany our events and creator trips, and actively support creative talent co-creations.

• Artist Management: You will assist in the care of our talents at eye level, evaluate brand-fit for inquiries, and coordinate brand collaborations independently.

• Project Management, PR & Events: You will take on the independent coordination of talent co-creation projects (such as Advent calendars) – from aligning with the talent to all involved stakeholders.

• Additionally, you will gain deep insights into PR and event organization while preparing for and accompanying our creator trips and events.

• Responsibility & Ad-hoc Support: How do you manage multiple topics simultaneously, set priorities, and maintain an overview? You will learn to work structured in a dynamic environment and truly follow through on tasks. At the same time, you will provide short-term support to the team across departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed studies (Bachelor or Master) in Marketing, Media, Communication, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification (e.g., as a media buyer or in event management).

• Initial practical experience in social media, project management, or creator/influencer marketing is an advantage.

• Independent, structured working style – and a willingness to ask questions in a timely manner.

• Ideally, you already have experience with Canva, CapCut, and InShot.

• Understanding of platform economies (algorithms, monetization).

• Preferred availability in Hamburg / Berlin.
