Trainee Project & Artist Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Your onboarding: You will gain an in-depth understanding of our team, our creators, the tools we use, and our workflow from the ground up – taking on your first independent tasks in a short period.

• You will independently develop the Moongency account, accompany our events as well as creator trips, and actively support creative talent co-creations.

• You will provide support to our talents on an equal footing, assess brand fit for inquiries, and coordinate brand collaborations independently.

• You will take on the responsibility of managing talent co-creation projects (such as Advent calendars) – from aligning with the talent to coordinating with all involved stakeholders.

• Additionally, you will gain valuable insights into PR and event organization while preparing for and supporting our creator trips and events.

• How do you manage multiple topics simultaneously, set priorities, and maintain oversight? You will learn to work in a structured manner within a dynamic environment and follow through on tasks. At the same time, you will provide short-term support across the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed degree (Bachelor or Master) in Marketing, Media, Communication, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification (e.g., as a media merchant or in event management).

• Initial practical experience in social media, project management, or creator/influencer marketing is advantageous.

• Independent and structured working style – and willingness to ask questions in a timely manner.

• Ideally, you have prior experience with Canva, CapCut, or InShot.

• Understanding of platform economies (algorithms, monetization).

• Preferably available in Hamburg / Berlin.
