Traffic Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Overseeing all facets of Traffic and Billing operations for assigned Traffic Hub client stations.

• Collaborating both independently and within a team to tailor station software configurations and workflows to enhance efficiency.

• Engaging closely with customer personnel to build trust and establish solid relationships.

• Managing all daily log, continuity, and billing functions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in managing all elements of radio traffic operations.

• In-depth knowledge of Marketron Traffic and a keen interest in learning new concepts.

• Outstanding interpersonal abilities.

• Capable of performing effectively under pressure and adhering to deadlines.

• Excellent attention to detail alongside strong organizational skills.

• Proficient in juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Superior oral and written communication capabilities.

• Exceptional listening, presentation, and training proficiencies.

• Able to thrive both independently and within a team setting.

• Must possess a sense of humor and enjoy the work while striving for excellence.

• Prepared to take personal accountability for the success of a project.

• Background in Accounting/Accounts Receivable is a plus.
