Traffic Data Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Assist in the operation of the 24-hour Traffic Operations Center by monitoring traffic incidents throughout North America.

• Efficiently curate traffic incidents using state-of-the-art technology.

• Manage shifts that may commence as early as 5:30 am and conclude as late as 9:30 pm, including weekdays and weekends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in computer skills.

• Skilled in using Microsoft Windows and Office applications.

• Competent with the Google Chrome web browser and Google Maps.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.

• Flexible availability, with the capability to work nights and weekends.

• High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification.

• Previous help desk experience is preferred.

• Experience in written Spanish or French is a plus, though not mandatory.
