• Directs the strategy, planning, and implementation of impactful internal and external events.

• Functions autonomously to provide comprehensive event experiences that align with business goals.

• Serves as a strategic collaborator with cross-departmental stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, Product, and Leadership.

• Oversees the entire event lifecycle, which includes budgeting, vendor and contract management, logistics, and on-site execution.

• Juggles multiple intricate programs concurrently in a dynamic, high-performance setting.

• Utilizes data, analytics, and stakeholder feedback to perpetually enhance performance.

• Aids in process refinement and mentors junior team members to improve overall team capacity.

• Frequent travel is necessary (approximately 50%).

• At least 10 years of event management experience in corporate or technology settings; CMP certification is mandatory.

• Demonstrated capability to independently lead large-scale, high-profile events with quantifiable results.

• Exceptional communication and influencing abilities with senior executives and cross-functional teams.

• Strong knowledge in budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis.

• Capable of managing multiple complex initiatives with effective prioritization and execution in high-pressure situations.

• Expertise in sourcing, negotiating, and managing vendor partnerships.

• Proficient in utilizing analytics and insights to enhance performance.

• Detail-oriented with an emphasis on quality, process enhancement, and execution.

• Proactive, solutions-focused, and adept at thriving in a fast-paced, demanding, and often stressful atmosphere.
