Trade Sales Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Meet and exceed sales targets aligned with division and local market objectives by promoting DEWALT PTE, HTAS, STANLEY, LENOX, IRWIN, BOSTITCH, and PORTERCABLE brands to our end-user clientele.

• Build, cultivate, and sustain essential relationships with end-user partners through product and service solutions, alongside managing CORE and other SBD user contracts and programs that outline user responsibilities.

• Guide and mentor your local market team in the End User development process.

• Collaborate with Channel Marketing to execute and coordinate marketing strategies.

• Utilize SalesForce.com as a CRM and Planning instrument effectively.

• Promptly communicate both successes and setbacks to refine processes and enhance future outcomes with key accounts and opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

• Relevant experience in the construction field may be accepted in lieu of higher education.

• A minimum of 3 years in Sales or Marketing within Construction Supplies, demonstrating a successful track record.

• Experience engaging with high-level executives, C-Suite, and jobsite directors is preferred.

• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.

• Capacity to combine empathy with determination to achieve remarkable results.

• A valid Driver's License and the physical capability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
