This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Formulate and implement commercial partnership strategies that promote growth and enhance profitability.
• Work in conjunction with a multidisciplinary team showcasing the Lantheus array of radio diagnostic and therapeutic offerings.
• Manage business-to-business relationships with PET manufacturing companies and radiopharmacies.
• Assess and evaluate channel performance, taking into account sales metrics and customer insights.
• Negotiate contracts with both internal and external leaders essential for achieving organizational goals.
• Over 10 years of experience in roles with increasing responsibility within regulated life sciences organizations or equivalent fields.
• In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical, diagnostic, and/or medical device sectors as well as hospital systems.
• Demonstrated success in executing strategic initiatives within a fast-paced business environment.
• Preferred experience in Health System strategy formulation and/or management of large accounts.
• Familiarity with clinical and/or technical disciplines (e.g., radiopharmaceuticals, urology-related disease states, treatment paradigms, and emerging trends).
• An MBA is preferred.
