• Enhance the reach of Instruction Partners by creating and overseeing initial partnerships with educational systems.

• Assist educational leaders in tackling their most urgent instructional issues.

• Drive partner development and account management while establishing a regional growth strategy.

• Work collaboratively across teams to guarantee cohesive support and effective growth strategies.

• Over 8 years of experience as a leader in K-12 education or system operations.

• Capability to assess instructional frameworks and leadership challenges.

• Proficient in applying in-depth knowledge of education policy, funding, and regional/state dynamics.

• Skilled at building and maintaining trust with a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Ability to foster and grow professional networks.

• Competent in converting local insights into practical outreach and engagement tactics.

• Background in K-12 consulting with a focus on business development expectations.

• Familiarity with Salesforce is required.
