Associate Director – Custom Programs, High School Study Abroad

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategy, expansion, and execution of CIEE's High School Custom Programs.

• Propel significant year-over-year growth by broadening the range of programs with existing schools and acquiring new school partners.

• Create more comprehensive, extended programs that align with the academic objectives of private schools.

• Supervise two Custom Program Managers, offering direction and assistance in program execution.

• Work closely with the national sales team to strengthen relationships with schools and facilitate custom program introductions.

• Personally manage 2-3 of CIEE's key strategic Custom accounts, ensuring high-quality service and program delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of sales experience, including the ability to develop and implement a sales strategy or plan.

• At least 2 years of experience managing a team, with a proven ability to coach individuals to achieve their goals and enhance their skills.

• Solid background in experiential education and place-based learning, with the capability to translate academic objectives into program development.

• Proven knowledge of private schools and expertise in designing programs that cater to their specific needs and culture.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft products, Salesforce, and other CRM platforms.

• Willingness to travel for multiple domestic trips and one international trip annually to attend conferences, visit schools, participate in team training and events, and host an educator site visit.
