Director, IT Agile Practice Management – Medicare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Managing a varied and strategically crucial portfolio of technology projects

• Upholding the highest levels of delivery, governance, and organizational alignment

• Leading and facilitating multiple simultaneous programs that total over 633,000 hours of work

• Bridging the gap between business strategy and execution

• Establishing structure and predictability in workflow processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience directing Program Managers, Agile/Scrum teams, and cross-functional technology groups

• More than 10 years of demonstrated success in managing IT portfolios and complex, multi-year technology initiatives within large, matrixed organizations

• At least 8 years of experience balancing strategic portfolio management with active program leadership

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in designing, implementing, and continually enhancing program and portfolio governance frameworks

• 5+ years of experience supporting Medicare programs

• 5+ years of experience using portfolio management and product delivery tools, such as Rally and JIRA

• 3+ years of experience in leading and cultivating high-performing teams

• 3+ years of experience exhibiting strong communication skills and executive presence

• 3+ years of experience in establishing and maintaining high standards for quality, accountability, and stakeholder engagement

• 3+ years of experience successfully navigating complex and ambiguous environments
