Trade Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Carry out daily operational tasks while adhering to set quality and productivity standards.

• Assess, verify, and reconcile data to ensure its accuracy and completeness.

• Examine discrepancies, conduct root cause analyses, and suggest suitable solutions.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to collect information and resolve operational challenges.

• Maintain process documentation, trackers, and supporting records.

• Engage in customer and internal meetings to provide status updates and address open items.

• Conduct quality reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Support the onboarding of new customers, implement new processes, and aid in system enhancements.

• Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, minimize manual tasks, and boost efficiency.

• Develop knowledge across various operational functions and offer cross-team support as business needs evolve.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in operations, business analysis, customer support, finance, healthcare, supply chain, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on investigating and resolving issues.

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing precise work.

• Quick to learn new systems, business processes, and industry concepts.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, sorting, and filtering.

• Experience with pivot tables is a plus.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable working independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrates accountability, curiosity, adaptability, and a mindset geared towards continuous improvement.
