This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Develop and implement omnichannel trade marketing strategies to enhance awareness, acquisition, and engagement through retail and distribution channels in the UK & Ireland.
• Adapt global marketing initiatives and assets to fit regional market trends, cultural specifics, and the needs of retail partners, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
• Collaborate with brand marketing and commercial teams to strengthen WHOOP brand positioning in the UK & Ireland region.
• Brief, create, and launch effective point-of-sale (POS) materials, in-store displays, and above-the-line (ATL) and digital activations across social media, CRM, and online platforms.
• Develop and oversee training programs for retail associates to enhance product knowledge and improve customer engagement.
• Utilize data to assess campaign performance and optimize for future success.
• Organize and execute trade and retail events, including partner activations, experiential pop-ups, and trade initiatives to boost brand visibility, drive sales, and support product launches across the region.
• Monitor account and activity performance, using sales and market insights to guide trade marketing strategies, optimize partner pipelines, and maximize ROI across omnichannel efforts.
• Manage budgets and coordinate with external vendors to ensure the efficient and high-quality execution of marketing campaigns and activations.
• Collaborate with the EU Trade Marketing Lead to evaluate European market trends, competitor positioning, pricing strategies, and customer needs to provide actionable insights that inform retailer pipelines and marketing strategies.
• Partner with Sales, Brand Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and Creative teams to develop and implement integrated campaigns, promotional plans, and training initiatives that enhance WHOOP’s presence in-store and online.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with regional clusters to promote alignment across operations, marketing, product, and finance for ultimate commercial success.
• Fluency in English is **essential**, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Additional languages are advantageous—please mention them in your application.
• Over 5 years of experience in trade marketing, brand marketing, or retail marketing, preferably within the healthtech, consumer electronics, or premium consumer goods sectors.
• Experience managing distributor and third-party retail partner relationships in the UK & Ireland, including support for in-store activations and events.
• Comprehensive understanding of the UK & Ireland market with demonstrated experience in tailoring marketing strategies to local market dynamics and consumer behaviors.
• Proven track record of executing high-quality omnichannel campaigns across in-store and online activations.
• Capability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong skills in cross-functional and geographical collaboration, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities with key stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel (25%) across the UK & Ireland, Europe, and visit WHOOP HQ in Boston, MA.
