Trade Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Creating and executing promotional strategies

• Overseeing the launch of promotions, new products, concepts, displays, and other brand initiatives

• Organizing and planning events, trade fairs, and promotional activities

• Coordinating the production of catalogues and other marketing materials

• Managing the translation and adaptation of marketing assets for the local market

• Driving sell-out initiatives in close collaboration with sales teams

• Collaborating with digital and social media teams to ensure cohesive execution across channels

• Managing the marketing budget and purchase order process, with a strong emphasis on ROI

• Evaluating campaign performance, reporting outcomes, and generating actionable insights

• Assisting in operational tasks, including pricing setup

• Keeping track of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities

• Developing cooperative activity strategies and leading related discussions

• Conducting regular customer meetings and market visits

• Partnering with Sales Managers and Supply Chain to ensure accurate forecasting

• Cultivating a robust understanding of market size, market share, category performance, and competitive dynamics

• Collaborating with internal support teams to establish the infrastructure necessary for business growth

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in trade marketing, channel marketing, or senior sales positions

• Experience preferably acquired in sectors related to construction

• Strong analytical abilities and a commercial mindset

• Excellent project management and organizational skills

• Proficient presentation and public speaking skills

• Experience with social media and collaboration with influencers

• A proven record in product launches, pricing management, and executing promotional campaigns

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce and SAP is advantageous

• Knowledge of the power tools market is a significant plus

• Proficiency in Bulgarian and English is required
