This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and execute innovative, high-quality event experiences that engage higher education stakeholders.
• Take full ownership of the execution of field marketing initiatives, managing everything from planning and logistics to on-site coordination, post-event engagement, partnership management, and debriefs, all while adhering to a set budget.
• Develop and oversee tight event and production schedules, including roadmaps, preparation decks, run-of-show documents, and executive briefings to ensure stakeholders are aligned and held accountable.
• Craft attendee communications and pre- and post-event content that embody CollegeVine’s brand voice and promote effective follow-through.
• Collaborate across Growth, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align on goals, target audiences, messaging, and execution strategies.
• Work closely with Sales on outbound and follow-up initiatives, including persona-driven messaging, calls to action, and feedback loops in sync with broader go-to-market efforts.
• Identify, assess, and propose high-impact opportunities such as conferences, speaking engagements, and curated partner or executive events.
• Enhance and streamline event experiences, documentation, workflows, and playbooks to transform successful programs into repeatable, scalable go-to-market actions.
• Analyze performance data and convert insights into actionable recommendations and next steps.
• 3+ years of experience in field marketing or event strategy with direct responsibility for enterprise or high-touch programs (*experience in startups or high-growth SaaS companies is highly preferred*).
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple events, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders concurrently.
• Exceptionally organized and detail-focused, with a proven history of delivering seamless and memorable experiences in fast-paced settings.
• Composed under pressure, with a solution-oriented approach and a tendency to take initiative.
• Proven experience in leading the full cycle of event production, including programming, audio-visual coordination, vendor management, on-site logistics, and post-event strategy development.
• A creative mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement, consistently generating innovative ideas and creating systems that enhance execution.
• Resourceful and diligent, with a genuine desire to learn—*we prioritize hustle and curiosity over technical perfection*.
• Willing to travel for events as required.
