Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of LATAM markets, including local examination systems, educational frameworks, and distinctions between students and healthcare professionals.

• Tailor global messaging to fit local cultural and linguistic contexts, ensuring relevance to regional requirements and behaviors.

• Strategize and implement multichannel campaigns across CRM, Paid Social, SEM, SEO, and organic social, utilizing pertinent channels (e.g., Meta, WhatsApp) within the region.

• Track and enhance campaigns, employing data to promote ongoing improvement throughout acquisition, activation, and retention processes.

• Manage projects from start to finish and collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent alignment while establishing scalable best practices across LATAM.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of digital marketing experience within SaaS or B2C sectors in Latin America.

• Profound understanding of multichannel marketing (CRM, Paid Social, SEM, SEO, Social Media), including the unique dynamics of regional channels (e.g., Meta, WhatsApp).

• Proven experience in crafting and executing marketing strategies, encompassing positioning, value propositions, and localized messaging.

• Analytical thinker capable of working with limited data to design and implement effective marketing initiatives.

• Comfortable operating in both strategic and operational contexts with a strong drive to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.

• A dependable business partner, consistently seeking solutions and enhancements.

• Exceptional communication capabilities, able to convey ideas clearly to various stakeholders and foster alignment.

• Proficient in Spanish and English; knowledge of Portuguese is a valuable asset.
